To ensure timely service for all our customers, we provide appointment confirmations prior to your scheduled visit. For morning appointments, you will receive a confirmation call the evening before. For appointments scheduled after 8:00 a.m., confirmation calls are made the morning of the appointment. If we are unable to reach you at the phone number provided, your appointment may be rescheduled, and our technician will be assigned to another service call. System Diagnostic: Please turn the system off the night before a morning appointment, or the morning of an afternoon appointment. Failure to do so may result in a reschedule if system cannot be diagnosed at the time of appointment. Indoor Coil Clean: This price includes cleaning a typical coil that has been normally maintained. A-typical coils may include; odd installation, inability to access unit properly, poorly maintained systems, or hard to open panels. If this can't be done the minimum fee will be $59 for dispatching to your property and performing a system inspection, a discounted cleaning rate may apply if we still want system cleaned. Outdoor Coil Clean: This price includes cleaning a typical coil that has been normally maintained. A-typical coils may include; odd installation, inability to access unit properly, poorly maintained systems, or hard to open panels. If this can't be done the minimum fee will be $59 for dispatching to your property and performing a system inspection, a discounted cleaning rate may apply if we still want system cleaned. True Drain Line Clear: Technician performs visual inspection and clears accessible condensate/condensate drain line using standard methods. While this reduces the chance of overflow or property damage, Wheaton Mechanical is not responsible for any water damage, mold, or secondary damages that may result from existing defects, hidden blockages, pre-existing damage, system failures, or other conditions beyond our control. Customer authorizes work and accepts responsibility for securing valuables and notifying Wheaton Mechanical of any known prior leaks or vulnerable areas. Drain line, furnace, and/or air handler must be accessible to receive this service.
